Plug Us Contest Official Rules
It's easy to participate. Just visit our brand new Plug Us page and select a Cubscast banner to display on your website, blog, or MySpace page. Then click the 
icon and follow the instructions to add the banner code to your site, blog, or MySpace page.
An entry to the contest is determined solely by the Cubscast hosts and any party designated by Cubscast, with regard to the following criteria:
- Placement of a Cubscast banner from http://cubscast.com/plug.php and link to the Cubscast homepage on participant website, blog, or public MySpace page for at least ten (10) full consecutive days during the month of September 2007.
- Participant agrees to place banner only on a website, blog, or public MySpace profile page that participant fully owns the rights to place banner and has obtained full permission (if necessary) to place banner in public view.
- Banner and link must be publicly accessible at all times during ten (10) day timeline (ie...not placed in a web forum or other website that requires login to view). Any gap in the ten (10) day timeline including website downtime or link failure caused whether by fault or no fault of participant may result in disqualification of participant's entry. Timeline begins upon participant receipt of an approval e-mail from Cubscast after participant notifies Cubscast of banner placement.
- Limit one (1) entry per person.
- Limit one (1) entry per website or MySpace profile page.
- Any placement of Cubscast banner on a website, blog, or MySpace profile page with a direct or implied connection to pornography, illegal activity (including the download or transfer of copyrighted materials), spamming, phishing, public slander/defamation, or otherwise inappropriate content determined by the Cubscast hosts will result in immediate disqualification from contest.
Announcement of Winner
All entries will be entered into a random drawing for a first prize. The winner will be announced on Monday October 15, 2007, and will be sent an e-mail requesting the winner's shipping address in order for us to send the first place prize, an Apple iPod Nano. First place winner also will be awarded a mention on an upcoming episode of Cubscast. First place prize winner also is eligible to receive either secondary prize in this contest.
Most Traffic Generated Prize
The entry that generates the most traffic to the Cubscast website during the month of September will be awarded an Apple iPod Shuffle and a mention on an upcoming episode of Cubscast.
Least Traffic Generated Prize
The entry that generates the least traffic to the Cubscast website will be awarded a mention on an upcoming episode of Cubscast.
